Eligibility & Accepted Documents

Long term disability

  • Confirmation of long term disability
  • Pay stub proving long term disability benefits

Military service

  • Canadian Forces ID Card
  • Record of Service ID Card

Senior citizen status, aged 65 and older

EMS (Emergency Medical Staff)

  • Valid EMS service card

First Nations

  • Status Card
