I sent my e-Transfer. What's next?
Once you've sent your e-Transfer, it can take up to 40 minutes for it to be received in our email inbox. When you send an e-Transfer, Interac holds your funds, it will be "pending" status in your online banking until we deposit it. Once your e-Transfer is collected you will receive an email or text message confirming deposit. Once payment is collected your order status will change to "Processing".
Once payment is received, your order will ship within 1 business day. You'll receive your tracking info by email after it has shipped.
